Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good vibe, attentive service.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is ideally located near the city's main attractions and transportation links. The breakfast was a delicious spread of local and international cuisine, served in a spacious and clean restaurant. the friendly staff was attentive to our needs and helped us navigate around the city.

The room service could be improved, as it took several attempts to have our plates cleared after meals. the room decor could use some updating.

The level of customer service provided was excellent, and we appreciated their efforts in making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the food served through room service was delicious. Although there were minor drawbacks like occasional hot water shortage and a misunderstanding regarding charges, the overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for those looking for excellent customer service and a pleasant stay.

The pool area needs some improvement as it was reported to be not accessible or not well-maintained by some guests in the past.
